Rental housing service businesses shall apply to five qualifications

(二)depositing a guarantee bond of operation
(三)employing rental housing managers
(四) joining the trade association of the jurisdiction
(五) the competent authorities in municipalities or counties (cities) to register as rental housing service businesses
